Document processing

The processing of all the documents included in Doceo's import folder is carried out, in a completely transparent way to the user, by:
  • Intelligent improvement of image quality.
  • Detection and removal of blank pages, optionally.
  • Convert the document between color, grayscale and black and white.
  • Content review with advanced analysis techniques.
  • If necessary, you can group, segregate and merge the data obtained.
  • Perform searches according to the desired criteria.


The user can review all the data associated with the documents, easily correcting any information read automatically:
